Made gingerbread people and some Christmas trees. Most are happy, some are injured, shocked by their friends being eaten alive, and a couple of prisoners because they tried running away :P
Decorated them using royal icing which was a royal pain in the butt to make. 1st I didn’t add enough water and I broke the mixer then had to mix by hand then try adding icing into small squeeze bottles. Well worth the trouble and my family will cannibalize them for Christmas :D
